OFFICE YOGA

Office yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed to relieve tension, improve posture, and boost energy—all from your desk or workspace. It includes stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and increase focus during the workday. In 20 to 30 minutes you reset and refocus with this practice, decreasing stress and increasing productivity.

These sessions are designed for all levels and people can wear any attire. The option of a traditional practice on mats is always available, but desk yoga needs no props, and it’s completely adapted to an office space.

It’s a great way to boost the energy and improve focus, without leaving the desk or office, making it easy to include during your break. Afterwards, you’ll get back to work feeling refreshed physically and mentally.
